What we do
Everything under one roof
One workshop for the MOT repair, the clutch and the rot in the sills. Nobody gets sent somewhere else halfway through a job.
Welding & underbody restoration
Sills, jacking points, floorpans and chassis legs. Rot cut back to clean metal, new steel made up by hand and welded in, then seam sealed and protected.
Servicing
Oil and filter through to a full service, on anything from a runabout to a classic. Everything fitted is itemised on the invoice.

Rotten jacking points and inner sill cut right back to clean metal, new sections made up by hand on the bench, welded in, dressed, seam sealed and protected.
The cambelt let go and took the engine with it. Rather than rebuild the original we fitted a B18 — wired, plumbed, fluids through it and road tested.
Seams and bare metal cleaned back, treated and undersealed so the water stays out. Bought the owner a good few more years.

Will it cost what you said it would?
You get a price before we start. If we open something up and it needs more than we quoted, the car goes down and you get a phone call — we don’t carry on and add it to the bill.
Do you weld it properly, or patch it?
Rot gets cut back to clean metal and new steel is made up by hand to fit, welded in, seam sealed and protected. No plating over holes and no filler to get a car through a test.
Is an everyday car worth your time?
We restore classics in this workshop, and the runabout booked in for a cambelt gets the same pair of hands and the same standard. A service is not a lesser job here.
